Daily speaking practice is the fastest way to gain confidence and fluency. You don’t need an English teacher every day — just 5–10 minutes of talking to yourself, recording voice notes, or chatting with a friend can work wonders.Speaking every day builds muscle memory. Just like working out, short but consistent practice is more powerful than long but rare study sessions. Over time, you’ll notice that forming sentences becomes automatic. If you feel shy, start by practicing alone. Read a short article out loud or retell a movie scene. Later, try language exchange apps or join online speaking clubs.
