Proven methods to build confidence and speak without hesitation

Many students feel nervous about speaking English, even if they know the rules. Fear of making mistakes often stops them from trying. But the truth is — mistakes are part of learning.

Start small: practice with a trusted friend, record short voice notes, or speak to yourself out loud. Gradually, you’ll feel more comfortable using English in real conversations. It also helps to change your mindset. Instead of thinking “I must be perfect,” remind yourself: “I’m learning, and every mistake is progress.”

Tip: Join group classes or speaking clubs. The more you practice in a safe environment, the faster your fear will disappear.
